<p>Taiwanese owner Sincere Navigation has agreed to pay $38.5m for a 2019-built kamsarmax as it continues reshaping its mixed tanker and dry bulk fleet. The Taipei-listed company disclosed that its indirect wholly owned subsidiary Majestic Bloom will acquire an 81,770 dwt bulker from Panama-registered MTO Maritime.
